In spite of a professional life that encourages individualism, we have had the ability to interact and share our experiences which would then enrich all of us. This new age of globalization allows entrepreneurs and creatives to be a bridge across all cultures, trades, and continents. However, the mindset must be integrated into the work ethic in order to bridge individuals, trades and continents.

The cultural and human affluence found in Africa and the Afro-Caribbean countries ( such as Haiti, Dominican Republic, Cuba and Jamaica) is considerable throughout diverse occupations such as art, communication, and literature. Unfortunately, these assets have formidable potential that have yet to be exposed to the masses.

Moreover, uniting the talents of these diverse sectors through innovative projects is a tremendous responsibility that we would like to embrace by building bridges between the three continents dear to our heart: Africa (The Motherland), Europe and America.

Hence the concept of a triptych: three continents, three editions, three panels whose two outer panels close on the middle one.

🏆 Category (I) LEADERSHIP

To be eligible to participate in the A.L.A USA 2020 LEADERSHIP Award, you must be a project promoter from your home country or host country and be at least 18 years old.
